Limitations of Warranty

This warranty does not cover loss, theft, deliberate damage, corrosion, neglect, abuse or unreasonable use, misuse, defects or malfunctions resulting from misuse, ammunition failures or use of defective or improper ammunition, lack of maintenance, non-factory part installations, alterations or modifications to the firearm, disassembly beyond the field stripping instructions in the product’s manual (where applicable), normal or ordinary wear and tear, criminal misuse, negligence, use under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or cosmetic damage that does not hinder the performance of the product.

To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Century Arms, Canik, and their employees, agents, distributors and partners do not make, and are not entitled or authorized to make, any warranty of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the firearm, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The only limited warranty provided is from Canik, pursuant to terms and limitations stated herein. Nothing contained herein shall be interpreted as an implied or express warranty on behalf of Century Arms or as an implied or express warranty by Canik beyond the terms above.

Limitations of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWABLE BY LAW, CENTURY ARMS DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES.

Century Arms shall not be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the performance and use of the products, even if Century Arms has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitations of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Please note: Century Arms reserves the right to make substitutions on warranty coverage for any reason, including but not limited to available parts. If Century Arms determines that the pistol is not repairable, we will replace the pistol with a pistol of similar feature and product class at Century Arms’ sole determination and at no replacement cost to you.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state to state.

Warranty Service Procedure

Please send the Canik Product Registration form within 30 days of purchase to register your Canik pistol with Century Arms. Proof of purchase, including a receipt or invoice, must be provided with your registration. Forms may be submitted either by certified or registered mail, or via electronic mail, to the address provided on the form. To obtain warranty service, you must return your pistol to Century Arms. Do not attempt to return your pistol to Century Arms without first contacting the company.

You can contact Century Arms by email at [email protected] or via the company website at the address Contact. An Authorized Century Arms Representative can determine if Century Arms factory service is required and how to proceed.

If your pistol must be returned to the Century Arms factory, you will be responsible to pay the freight charges to Century Arms. Before any pistol is returned to Century Arms, you must get a Return Authorization (RA) number from us. Pistols returned to Century Arms without an RA number may be denied warranty service.

When the Canik pistol is received by Century Arms it will be inspected to determine if it is a proper claim for warranty repair. Century Arms will pay the freight charges to return the repaired pistol to the owner’s FFL of choice. Century Arms is not responsible for transfer fees at the FFL.
